What is Rotary?

Rotary is a service organizatin that was started in 1905, in Chicago by Paul Harris. Twin Falls Rotary was established in 1918 and was the first rotary Club in the Magic Valley. Idaho Falls and Pocatello club were established the same year. The Boise club was the first on in Idaho, established in 1917.
Who can join Rotary?

Rotary Clubs in the past required members of only 1 or 2 business catefories could join. Today the joining of a club is more relaxed. We are looking for members that are interested in helping in the community fhrough fundraisers, to working on projects. New members can even recommend ideas to help.
What age do you have to be?

Many think that Rotary is for old people. The fact is that many members joined Rotary joined when they were young and have stayed in the organization even after they retire. Preferably a candidate should at least 24 years old.
What is the benefit of joining a Service Club Like Rotary?

Joining Rotary can be beneficial to a member as they have the ability to network with other members, leadership skills and the satisfaction of helping others and working on projects in the community.
